Welcome to Holland Farms
Holland Farms is Norwalk’s premiere senior living community. Since our opening in 2021, we have served hundreds of local residents and families, both from Norwalk, and surrounding areas like Des Moines, Indianola, Cumming, Carlisle, and more.
We’re pleased to offer Independent Living Apartments, Assisted Living and Memory Care services in one beautiful community. Located in Norwalk, IA, right next to Elizabeth Holland Park, Holland Farms provides easy access to walking trails and great views of the Echo Valley Country Club and the Des Moines skyline.
In 2025, our community has been recognized by U.S. News & World Report as both a Best Assisted Living and Best Memory Care. We also earned high-performing accolades in several areas: Assisted Living – Activities & Enrichment; Memory Care – Feels Like Home; and Memory Care – Food & Dining.
