This offer is available for new, private pay residents at Holland Farms Senior Living, who move or take financial possession of an independent living or assisted living apartment, or memory care suite on or before December 31, 2025. All apartments/suites are first-come, first-served. No community fee is charged, and base rent is waived only; health costs are not waived unless an all-inclusive package is chosen.
